Thank you for scheduling your facial & bodywork at Lady M Skin. Below you will find a few things you should know about your upcoming appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy due to a high demand for appointments. A credit card is required to hold all appointments and in case you cannot make it PLEASE cancel your appointment 24 hours before or we will have to charge you for the full price of the treatment.

Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment as you will need to fill out a client form. This form gives us vital health information we need to help choose the best treatment for you.

Which treatment is good for me ?

We customize all facials and body treatments for your individual skin type and will always advise you of the best service for your skin type. There are no extra charges and it is part of our service to you.

Is tipping or gratuity expected for the service ?

Leaving a tip for your service provider is customary and a nice way to say, “thank you for your care”. Standard hospitality rates suggest a minimum of 20% but gratuity is, of course, at your discretion.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes! I offer multi-session packages and customized plans for clients who want ongoing care. These are a great way to save while committing to your long-term results.
